LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Park Cables’ liability to Client only covers the Repair, Replacement, or Refund of the product(s) proven to be defective.  Park Cables will cover all freight charges for the cables after the original shipment, but Park Cables will not be liable for any other expenses to include but not be limited to Labor, Extra Testing, Travel, Hotels, Meals or other loses or expenses due to the defect or down time. This limitation shall apply regardless of the basis of the claim or cause(s) of action asserted.Type your paragraph here.
